As long as I'm sitting here lets take a look at the February stats so far.
My friend from England emailed me today, he is out fishing in -10 degree weather! I have not had to put on more than a short sleeve shirt yet this winter. I don't know why anyone would want to live anywhere else, than the Florida Keys!
We have 19 new pendings and 14 closed/sold so far this month. So the upper Florida Keys real estate market seem to be healthier. We will see how the month closes out!

I have been using Mozilla Firefox, and also Explorer. I use them both.
I just started the Blog a few months back, so I'm just getting used to it. But if your keeping an eye on th RE market in the Keys. This is a view from one of the working Realtors. Thanks......Sal
