1st Quarter Real Eestate market stats are in for the Upper Florida Keys.
Bad News only 27 Realtors had 4 or more sales, Good News I was one of them. So far this year Misty and I have totaled over $8 million in closed sales. (hope it keeps up)
Overall #s are down compared to the 1st Quarter of 2006, but the stats for the Upper Keys are better than the Middle & Lower Keys with regards to # of Sales and Sold prices!
March turned out to be a very good month, helped along by all the properties that went pending in February.
March's pendings are slightly up to with a total of 54 properties. There were also 48 closings for a total of $30,449,765, most of these were low sales prices but there was quite a few between $1.8 to $4 Mill.
Hopefully we will see this trend maintain or be on the rise!
