December is showing a lot of potential, walk-in traffic and property calls have increased in our Real estate office. As of today there have been 11 properties that have gone pending and 10 closed properties with a sales volume of $7,787,970.

Upper Keys Real Estate Market showed to be up on the rise in November. The month of November finished with 33 properties with new contracts and 19 closings, as compared to Octobers 11 closings and 21 new contracts. The total sales volume for the November closings was $10,001,000.
